Travel risk intelligence specialist Riskline has promoted Suzanne Sangiovese to chief executive officer as the company’s current CEO and founder, Kennet Nordlien, transitions to the role of executive chairman.

Sangiovese joined the company as an intern in 2008 and has since held various roles, most recently as the director of travel and technology.

Stepping into the top job this month, Sangiovese said her focus will be on driving the company’s strategic vision, enhancing financial performance and leading long-term growth initiatives.
“I plan to bring a participative leadership style to the role,” she said in a blog post on the company’s website. “This approach emphasises collaboration and shared decision-making, empowering teams to contribute meaningfully to our success… By engaging the team and fostering open dialogue, I believe we can achieve impactful, sustainable growth together.”
Based in Copenhagen, Sangiovese added that under her leadership the company “will continue to be a trusted and reliable partner, building on our strong foundation of independence and focus on intelligence”.
