UI and Graphic Designer

Job Description: 

Riskline is seeking a remote-based UI and Graphic Designer to create amazing experiences for our customers and our internal users. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI and design skills and be able to translate high-level requirements and the Riskline brand guidelines into digital communications designs, visuals and graphics, and help us create beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces across our range of products and touchpoints.

 The position will report directly to the company director(s) and will need to liaise daily between the marketing team, development team, operations team and account managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating visual designs for digital marketing and communications
  • Maintain and use library of digital design templates for ongoing communications
  • Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off 
  • Collaborating with product management and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
  • Conceptualising original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Conducting user research in conjunction with account owners and marketing team, and evaluate user feedback
  • Maintaining and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards

The UI and Graphic Designer will work remotely on a full-time basis from within the Europe/Middle East time zone. This position is offered with an open-ended consulting agreement and the successful candidate will need to be individually responsible for his/her own tax compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven UI and graphic design experience
  • Demonstrable UI and design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Ability to present your designs and justify your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI and design trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Degree or qualification in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
