Riskline partners with leading location safety solution to protect business travellers

Riskline and Vismo announce partnership that will provide users with accurate and reliable risk related intelligence.

Travel risk intelligence company, Riskline, and location monitoring and safety solution UK and US-based Vismo, have today, announced a partnership that will provide clients with accurate location services tallied with high quality risk related intelligence. Headquartered in Denmark, Riskline is one of the world’s leading travel risk insights companies leveraging AI and professional analysts to process more than 100,000 data sources providing accurate and timely travel risk assessments.

Based in the United Kingdom and the United States, Vismo offers accurate location services that help organisations better protect their employees by understanding risks and monitoring alerts. Riskline provides high quality intelligence that is human-verified and analysed, to ensure organisations can quickly respond when an incident occurs. Alerts are organised into seven different risk categories, ensuring organisations receive the most relevant risks to their employees and their location. Riskline also provides detailed data on COVID-19 at a country and regional level. Using this information, organisations can easily understand requirements for travelling, entry and local restrictions, ensuring employees are better prepared and aware of potential risks.

Research shows employers have a significant duty of care to protect employees when travelling. According to a recent survey 95 percent of employers have sent their employees to high-risk locations to work. However, only one third of respondents stated that they did not know whether they had legal requirements or owed a duty of care when they were abroad. This latest partnership with Riskline and Vismo aims to aid the safe return of business travel while ensuring companies and their travellers are kept up to date and well informed.

Through this latest partnership organisations can easily identify when an employee is near an incident, enabling employers to easily provide support to those who are in the affected areas. It will ensure organisations are better prepared for when an incident does occur as well as provide the ability for companies to manage risks more proactively based on staff proximity to at-risk areas.
